Grace – Mounted Print

Clothing

We recommend a cool wash at 30 and hang drying products, to ensure print and product quality and longevity.

Our products are not suitable for high temperature washing, tumble drying, bleaching or dry-cleaning. Avoid ironing straight onto the printed designs. These methods can cause unwanted shrinkage, the inks to fade, or the prints to crack, flake or peel.

Prints

Do display with confidence, but note due to the printing method, there may be loss of colour if left in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.

All of our clothing products are made to order by our supplier Teemill and therefore are exempt from returns and exchanges so please be sure to check the size guide before you order. We can only exchange or return if the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

Note that we also cannot return or exchange jewellery (unless damaged or faulty) due to hygiene reasons.

Clothing

All of our clothing products are printed when you place your order and shipped directly to you. Once you have placed your order and payment has been received, you will receive a processing confirmation. Once our print partner has printed and shipped your order, you will receive a further confirmation email.

Printing usually takes between 24 -48 hours plus a further 2-3 days for delivery, but during busy periods, this can take longer, so please order with this in mind.

Other Products

We ship these ourselves and aim to post all orders with 3 business days of receiving an order. Again, you will receive a processing email and a further confirmation when it’s on its way to you!
