Kaius Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kaius. We hope you love your order, but completely understand there may be times when you need to return something to us. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as we offer custom printed products and handmade crafts.

1. Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

 

    • You may cancel your order or return your products at any time, up until the later of 14 days after you receive the products or 28 days after we dispatch them for delivery to you:

       

        • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

        • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).

    • Made to Order Products: All the clothing on sale on this website are made to order products. These items are not stocked with us and are made to order by our Print On Demand supplier & partner, Teemill. When you place an order for one of these items it is sent directly to Teemill, who will print the item and ship it directly to you.

      As these items are Made to Order, they are exempt from refunds and exchanges unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend you check the sizing guide for these products display on each product page with care to ensure you are purchasing the correct size.

    • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewellery, except if they are faulty.

1.2 Faulty or Damaged Items

 

    • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to report the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and you may choose to receive a replacement or a refund for the faulty or damaged product.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Process

 

    • Refunds will be processed in compliance with UK consumer law and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • Refunds will not include the cost of original shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged.

2.2 Custom Printed Products

 

    • Custom printed products are non-refundable, except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping. In such cases, we will offer only a replacement.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@shopkaius.com. Please provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange and we will guide you through the process.

4. Return Shipping

4.1 Return Shipping Costs

 

    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except for cases where the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

4.2 Packaging

 

    • When returning an item, please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.

5.1 Kaius’s Rights

    • Kaius reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy. We may also charge a restocking fee for items returned in a used or unsellable condition.

    • Kaius may update this returns policy from time to time to ensure compliance with applicable laws and to improve customer service. Any changes will be posted on our website.

Can I exchange an item for a different item?

As our clothing items are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds unless the item is faulty.  We strongly recommend you check the sizing guide for these products with care to ensure you are purchasing the correct size.

What if my return request item is out of stock?

If the item is out of stock, we will contact you via email to offer alternative exchange options. Where none are available, we will notify you of a refund on the item.

Will my shipping be refunded?
If you paid for standard shipping and return the full order, we will refund the shipping cost to you if the item is faulty or damaged. If you placed your order with an upgraded/faster delivery method and return your full order, we will refund you the standard shipping cost only.
